Tehran is willing to resume atomic talks with the United States provided that it is treated with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat stated solely negotiations worked, and revealed recent overtures had originated from go-betweens to restart negotiations with the American leadership. He claimed Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Iran was not yet able to authorize the global atomic watchdog to visit attacked atomic facilities for safety concerns.
